Randall Close is the first joint venture with Hill Partnership Limited to complete the Hard Landscaping works on this project, delivering over 1,000 new council homes across the London borough.
The scheme is located on the site of a former day centre whose operations were relocated to a new and improved facility elsewhere in the borough. The scheme incorporates several wider estate improvements, including a revised parking strategy to ensure no net loss of parking for existing residents, new playgrounds and natural play areas, new hard and soft landscaping including additional tree planting, better pedestrian accessibility, electric vehicle charge points and a new public square accessible to all residents.
The works were carried out across the Ground Floor, and consisted of:

• Self-Binding Gravel Surfacing

As part of the extensive landscaping works at Randall Close, TP Landscaping were tasked with the full refurbishment of the site’s existing car park. The original surface had significantly deteriorated over time, necessitating a complete excavation and reconstruction to meet both functional and aesthetic standards. The team undertook the careful removal of the old car park before installing a brand-new surface designated to accommodate modern usage. A notable challenge in this aspect of the project was the presence of a mature tree located centrally within the car park area. Rather than removing it, the TP Landscaping site team successfully worked around the tree, implementing creative design and construction techniques to preserve it as a key natural feature of the space. This approach demonstrated the group’s commitment to both environmental sensitivity and practical problem-solving.
TP Landscaping were also responsible for the transformation of a severely worn and outdated Muga court on site. The goal was to revitalise the area into a safe, functional, and engaging recreational facility for the local community. The renovation included the supply and install of secure perimeter fencing to define the space and ensure safety, along with a new rubberised level surface to enhance usability and durability. Furthermore, the team provided new basketball equipment, including hoops, backboards and supporting accessories. To fully equip the area for immediate community use, the TP Group also supplied fresh basketballs and bibs, helping to encourage active participation. The revitalised court now serves as a vibrant and inclusive hub for outdoor activity, aligning with the broader goals of the Randall Close improvement project.
