Apprenticeship Scheme
To play our part in encouraging people to start a career in the Construction sector, the company aims to take on several apprentices a year. We work towards expanding our pool by working in partnership with educators, suppliers, manufacturers and training providers.
Once the apprentices and management identify the area most suited to the individual, also taking into account what they enjoyed most, we work with them to enrol with a college or training provider to start working towards obtaining the relevant qualification. To assist people in identifying which area of the industry they are best suited to, be it landscaping, surfacing & coatings, painting & decorating, Liquid Waterproofing or fire protection, we are working with local colleges such as the Colchester Institute, the Construction industry Training Board, the Job Centre, local councils and other training providers.
