TP Landscaping successfully completed a seventeen-week project involving the installation of both hard and soft landscaping. The Belmont project focused primarily on transforming the internal courtyard area, an enclosed space surrounded by buildings on all sides. This setting presented both a design opportunity and a logistical challenge. Core to the redevelopment were the installation of concrete pads to support seating and structural elements, and concrete steps that improved access between different levels. These upgrades provided a durable and accessible foundation for the rest of the courtyard improvements.
A key goal of the project was to increase the functional use of outdoor space. A decking area was constructed to offer a communal gathering point, while a play surface was installed, complete with safe and age-appropriate play equipment. These additions transformed the courtyard into a space suitable for families, leisure and everyday use.

In addition to hardscaping, the project included significant landscaping works, both within the courtyard and at the building’s front entrance. This involved planting a diverse range of vegetation in planting beds, enhancing the natural feel and overall aesthetics of the site. Pedestrian tarmac paths were also laid to prove smooth, accessible walkways for residents and visitors moving through and around the space.
One of the most complex aspects of the Belmont project was managing material transport. The fully enclosed courtyard lacked vehicle access, making traditional delivery and waste removal methods unworkable. The TP Landscaping team responded with a proactive approach, utilising timed deliveries and specialised equipment to safely move materials in and out of the site. This logistical coordination ensured minimal disruption to nearby residents and kept the project on schedule – demonstrating the team’s adaptability and commitment to high-quality results in challenging conditions.
