TP Group are very proud to have carried out the Hard and Soft Landscaping works on Phase 1A of this project for Durkan and their Client the Peabody Trust.
The works were carried out across one Podium at 1st Floor Level and Ground Floor areas, including a mixed use public square area.

- Timber/Composite Decking on fire rated pedestals
Podium works consisted of using the site crane to lift pre-cast concrete planters into place; with care to adhere to health and safety requirements, our contract works also included;
- 2 No PCC Staircases to 1st Floor Podium
- Bespoke PCC planters
- Bespoke Metal Planters complete with & integrated timber seating
- Installation of Play Equipment
- Resin Bound Gravel Surfacing
- Installation of Street Furniture
