TP Painting Solutions have recently completed a comprehensive internal and external decoration package on a series of industrial warehouses at Harlequin Business Park for our client, Magrock.

This ambitious urban development is designed with sustainability in mind, integrating modern construction methods and eco-conscious technologies to deliver a future-ready facility.

Internal Decorations

Wall Finishes
Internal plaster and plasterboard walls were finished using Dulux Vinyl Matt Emulsion in white. Each area received a mist coat followed by two top coats, as recommended by the manufacturer. Preparation also included filling and repairing any holes over 300mm in width to achieve a clean, consistent finish.

In warehouse areas where efficiency and finish quality were a priority, we applied spray finishes to achieve optimal coverage and appearance.

Specialist Areas
In the Lift Battery Room, blockwork walls were treated with two coats of Dulux Masonry Paint in white, selected for its resilience and coverage in high-traffic environments.

Timber Surfaces
Pre-primed softwood surfaces were treated with one undercoat and a minimum of two coats of Dulux Trade Eggshell in white. Pinholes and small repairs were also addressed, ensuring a high-standard finish in all areas.
