Phase 2 of the Beam Park development in Dagenham, for Countryside Properties, involved painting a variety of new build properties, including flats, apartments, townhouses, maisonettes, and duplexes. With 80% of the properties designated for shared ownership and 20% for rent, the development aimed to cater to a diverse range of residents.

TP Group Painting Solutions were contracted to carry out the painting works, using Crown Paint in ‘White’ with Matt and Satin finishes throughout to achieve a high-quality, consistent finish.

Given that painting is one of the final stages in the construction process, it required meticulous planning to align with the project’s tight deadlines, mortgage agreements, and scheduled move-in dates. Despite these pressures, the project was successfully delivered on time through effective coordination, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to quality.
