The client contacted us as they needed to stop water ingress, which was entering properties via the coping stones on the roof.

The coping stones were prepared by stripping off the existing felt and grinding to create a keyed surface. The surface was then ready to apply the Tor Elastaseal Z Waterproofing System. As a Tor Certified Installer, we are approved to apply this product, which comes with a guarantee.

Prior to our visit, we hired an external company to inspect the ‘Foot Safe Anchor Points’ to ensure safety when clipping on our harnesses. Letters were sent to residents informing them of our visit dates and work involved, which meant we had access to properties with minimal disruption to residents.

The client was so happy with the end result, that they asked us to carry out extra works to some of the residents balconies.
