After enduring weeks of heavy rainfall

causing roof damage that affected multiple residential flats, East End Homes, our long-standing client, contacted The TP Group to arrange for repairs at Loweswater House in Tower Hamlets.

Upon conducting a comprehensive site survey to identify the points of water penetration, the we replaced the damaged plywood and cleaned the existing failed waterproofing. This was in preparation for the installation of a vapour control layer and Tor Coatings Elastaseal Z Waterproofing system, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All carried out by our trained Tor approved staff.

In addition, mushroom vents were installed to release trapped moisture, offering a comprehensive solution to proactively manage any potential future challenges.
