The TP Group were proud to conduct a condition survey of the internal communal fire doors at Stormont House in Southwest London on behalf of Crest Nicholson. The aim of the survey was to record and establish the current condition of the communal doors forming the internal escape route and protected lobbies, from our survey we were able to provide a schedule of maintenance.

As requested a competitive after survey quotation containing recommendations for remedial works was produced and share with the client.

On site meetings with the client allowed us to tailor remedials works to suite not only the clients budget but also plan and coordinate works to suite the requirements of the building and its occupants.

The TP Group proud to be working on behalf of Crest Nicholson to deliver a compliant and coccineous solution, to improve the functionality and safety of the building.
