Located in the quaint village of Hatton in Warwick
is an exquisite collection of high-specification houses and apartments set within the grounds of the beautiful Grade II listed Haseley Manor. Nine intricately-designed new houses occupy the grounds, whilst the manor itself is being converted into x12 apartments.
Three garden villas and five terraced manor houses frame the tranquil, landscaped Courtyard Gardens, within where we were fortunate enough to have been selected to undertake the surfacing works.
A combined total of 618m² of Addagrip’s Stonebound Resin Bound Gravel was applied to this central space with beautifully landscaped shrubbery and fountain. This product was laid at 18mm depth and the selected colour blend perfectly complements the colouring of the brickwork of these spectacular properties.
The client was thrilled with the end result, saying “I thought it looked a picture! Great Job!!”
We were extremely excited to also return to the beautiful Haseley Manor and complete a second phase of Resin Bound installation.
This prestigious location has again helped to highlight the high quality of our Resin applicators who laid a further 469m2
