A seamless finish at Holstein Avenue
Curchod & Co approached The TP Group to undertake renovation works on this carpark and access road surface in Weybridge, Surrey.
Existing surfaces would have to stripped and removed with underlying substrates then relevelled and compacted. A redundant ACO channel would also need to be removed and replaced with a new concrete pin kerb prior to the installation of a 2-layer tarmac surface. Finally, a Resin Bound Gravel surface was requested for the full 438m2 area.
Non-UV Resin Bound Gravel in an Autumn Forest colour was chosen to provide a seamless finish. Great care was taken in our planning so that we could approach the task without causing undue disruption to local businesses and residents.
Utilising a team of 9 operatives, we completed the works in just 6 days and achieved a final Resin Bound Gravel surface without a single day join. Our client remarked: “We have worked with The TP Group on a couple of medium sized contracts and have been pleased with the company’s organisation and programming and will certainly be looking in their direction on any future Resin contracts”.
